TMC Volunteer Appreciation Night Details | September 12, 2026
Thanks so much for signing up for our TMC VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION NIGHT at Erlanger Park on September 12, 2026.
This is a night to celebrate and say “THANK YOU” to all our volunteers at The Ministry Center. We could do ministry without you!
On that night we’ll cheer on our local Lookouts while enjoying a ballpark buffet. And… as a BONUS for those who are interested… before the game “Mountain Cove Band” will treat everyone to a Bluegrass Concert.
Whether you’re coming for the game, the food, the fellowship, or arrive early for the music… we’re just glad you’re coming.
Below is the pertinent details you and your family will need for the evening.
SCHEDULE
5 PM - Gates Open
5-6 PM - Bluegrass Concert with the Mountain Cove Band
6:15-7:45 - Food Service
6:30 - First Pitch
SEATING AREA
Your tickets will give you access to the upper level of the EPB Powerhouse. This is a covered space with picnic and lounge seating. It’s the large brick building to the right just after you enter the stadium.
MENU
Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Baked Beans, Pasta Salad, House Chips, Dessert, all the fixings, Sodas and Waters.
TICKETS
Digital tickets will be delivered to the phone number you provided when you signed up for this event.
Early next week be on the lookout for a text from “80899” saying “Click here to access your Chattanooga Lookouts Tickets.”
You will need to download those tickets to your phone. We do not have printed copies of your tickets.
PARKING
Parking is not included with your ticket. Parking is $8 and can be accessed via a QR Code on site.
