Women’s Defense Class
Phil Duncan will be leading a Women’s Defense Class on Saturday, July 26 from 11 AM to 1 PM in the Fellowship Hall. This hands-on session is designed to equip women with greater confidence, awareness, and basic self-defense skills. Whether you’re new to this or have some experience, all are welcome. We encourage you to come and take part in this informative and empowering time together.
