Women’s Defense Class - May 2nd
Women’s Defense Class at TMC
We invite all women to join us for a special Women’s Defense Class designed to encourage, equip, and build confidence. This introductory session will focus on personal awareness, safety, and practical self defense techniques for everyday situations.
Led by Phil Duncan, this hands on class will provide a supportive and welcoming environment for women of all experience levels. Whether you are new or simply looking to grow in confidence and preparedness, this is a great opportunity to learn valuable skills.
Join us on Saturday, May 2 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the TMC Fellowship Hall. We look forward to seeing you there.
